“Café da manhã não estava incluso, e custava £15 por pessoa ! Achei caro! Mas a estrutura bem limpa gostei , todos os dias arrumavam o quarto 😉”

“Colazione abbondante varia e di ottima qualità. Camere ben pulite e fornite di ogni confort. Consiglio vivamente Silvana Petracca”

“Very clean Great parking facilities. Had noise disturbance on both nights I stayed there, from other guests. Not the fault of the hotel. Probably not the best place if you want a peaceful stay. Lots of nearby shops etc”

“Struttura come descritta in expedia, personale molto gentile, wifi gratuito, forse un tavolino piccolo sarebbe necessario. Trasporti e ristoranti vicinissimi. ”

“Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

“Albergo modesto, tranquillo, pulito e silenzioso. Ottimo per una notte di passaggio, letto confortevole, bagno comodo.”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money”

“The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.”

“Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!”

“website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.”

“We booked via Expedia and added the reservation to our premier inn account. There seemed to be a problem from the start. The app stated I had requested a meal and breakfast for 1 (but there were two of us travelling) and that I had over £50 to pay. After several messages via Expedia I was reassured that everything was ok. When we arrived at midnight the reservation number wasn’t in the system… using my name and postcode didn’t work either. After 20 minutes the reservation was found after going...

“Terribile.Struttura vetusta, mobilio rotto, angolo cottura indecente mai utilizzato perché era improponibile, bagno con rubinetti con acqua calda e fredda separati non miscelabili, luce del bagno da accendere con un cordino”
